Description

This course has been developed for those who are working with children or babies.

It will be of particular interest to Teachers, Child Minders, Creche Assistants, Playgroup personnel and anyone responsible for youth organisations. It is ideal for individuals who are responsible for children and/or babies, who wish to gain knowledge of emergency procedures and attain a recognised qualification in First Aid.

In addition to the topics covered on the basic course, many other childhood illnesses are included.

This course fully satisfies the guidelines and criteria as laid down by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and OFSTED

Duration

A twelve hour course consisting of theory and practical work.

Certification

Although there is no formal assessment, the trainer will assess each individual throughout the course. This qualification is valid for three years.
